Sayso was formed in New York City in 1984, after former Los Microwaves drummer Todd Rosa and former Vietnam and Method Actors singer/saxophonist Stan Satin met at a Manhattan party, both looking to start new bands. The two hit it off immediately, so with Todd's bassist friend Len Mayer and guitarist Charles Croft, Sayso was established with a clear vision: LAY DOWN THE FUNKY POP!
